Information we collect

AgroConnect may collect account information such as your name, phone number, location, profile picture and listing information that you choose to provide.

How information is used

We use account information to operate the marketplace, display listings, facilitate seller-buyer communication, provide notifications and maintain account security.

Listings and public information

Information you publish in a listing, including its title, photos, price and location, may be visible to other marketplace users. Your seller name is displayed with your listings. Your green verification tick is displayed only after administrator verification.

Messages

Messages sent through AgroConnect are stored so buyers and sellers can communicate about listings and access their Inbox.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures such as password hashing, access controls and CSRF protection. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update your profile information through Profile & Settings and delete your own listings. For account or privacy requests, contact the AgroConnect administrator.
